HOW TO WEAR:
Apply 1 patch below each ear before bedtime or naptime. Remove when you wake. Repeat nightly.
For optimal results: Continuously wear for 1 week to start. Add or reduce number of patches as needed.

Do not use
- on any open wound, cut, or irritated skin.
- multiple patches stacked directly on top of each other, as this can cause a lack of air flow to the skin and the patches may stick too strong to the skin.

I was having a hard time going to sleep and Doctors gave me meds but stopped because the governament said so so now I use the sleep patches and they work wonderful don’t depend on meds anymore just use the patches thanks so much.

These patches do work. I was skeptical and was pleasantly surprised but they lose effectiveness if using every day. I'm starting a one every 3 days to see how that works.
