Apply 1 patch below each ear before bedtime or naptime. Remove when you wake. Repeat nightly.
For optimal results: Continuously wear for 1 week to start. Add or reduce number of patches as needed.

These are amazing! I have had insomnia for my whole life, had to use Rx meds, herbs, even CBD and THC products, but nothing worked consistently well. Once I started using the two patches at night, my sleep problems were GONE! I use one patch now, sometimes two. I have fibromyalgia, am over 70 yrs old and these Sleep Patches have been a blessing. I have used the Pain patches for several years and love them, so now am also putting in an order for the Immune Patches. We got into the Lifewave patch thing many years ago and they were not very effective, my skin could to tolerate the adhesive. Luminas patches do not cause any irritation to very sensitive skin.
