great for pain
I have arthritis with one spurs in my lower thumb/hand area. I use these several days a week to help decrease the pain. Most days, I don't need an OTC pain medication! They stick well and do not come off when I wash my hands!

Quite impressed than initially thought

Waterproof patches and big patches
I like wearing the waterproof patches, and that takes care of a lot of the pain but I also like wearing the new extra big patches. I just don’t know if they waterproof.

These have really helped my hip pain.

I suffer with frequent bouts of pleurisy, a very painful conditon. These patches help tremendously. They're easy to use..... I position them in a criss cross fashion on the center source of pain. Great science!
