Tan
I am a BIG FAN of the tan patches. I use them on my bunion when it starts to throb, on my baker’s cyst behind knee when it swells. I have little cartilage left in my knee and I use a patch on it when it hurts. I use them on my neck to relieve soreness from age related disc degeneration and bone spurs. I play pickleball and I regularly hand these patches out to other players. I know of many people that now get the tan patches and swear by them!

Best thing ever created for pain
I was skeptical about "the next best thing" to help with my severe neck pain due to an auto accident years ago. I've used just about everything. Creams, lidocaine, menthol, otc medicines, tens machine (which should not be used near brain stem) supplements...you name it. I came across something completely different with Luminas. Curious. What did I have to lose by just trying them? From the very first patch I was hooked. I can make it maybe two days without my pain patch. So happy to have found Luminas. I hope to never be without! I seriously and highly recommend!! They REALLY DO work.

Strong Adhesive
The Large Tan Relief pads are the best relief strip to use, especially if you sweat profusely. They adhere to skin and doesn't release. The white ones release. Go for the Tan ones if you tend to sweat alot.
