Actual pain relief
Like most people I was sceptical about these patches. Fortunately, they actually work! I found that I need to wear multiple patches at a time to feel a definite result. For example, one on each shoulder, or one on the side of my foot and one wrapped around my heal, or one above and one below my knee. I have chronic, severe inflammation so I think I need multiple patches to combat my high level of inflammation.
