These have their place
I admit I use the large patches more often than the medium ones. I always buy the tan ones because they stick better. They provide relief from pain and thats what counts. we buy them in the big packs. That's how often they get used and I would not be caught without them.

Pain relief is just a patch away
These patches are great! I mostly use these smaller patches for my hands and wrists. I found that I need to wear multiple patches at a time to feel a definite result. For example, one on my wrist and one around the thumb part of my hand. I have chronic, severe inflammation so I think I need multiple patches to combat my high level of inflammation. Medium vs Large Tan Patches
I've finally found for me personally the medium ones are a better choice since they're easier to remove & also apply. What a pain reliever!

Great Product
These are great. I've been using them for several years and recommending them to friends all the time. Lots of converts! I would give them a 5, but they aren't effective on deep, arthritis pain in my hip.Terrific results on my lower back though.
