HOW TO WEAR:
Apply 1 patch below each ear before bedtime or naptime. Remove when you wake. Repeat nightly.
For optimal results: Continuously wear for 1 week to start. Add or reduce number of patches as needed.

Do not use
- on any open wound, cut, or irritated skin.
- multiple patches stacked directly on top of each other, as this can cause a lack of air flow to the skin and the patches may stick too strong to the skin.

Great Sleep Relief

They do not always work, about 1/4 of the time they do not work at all but when the do work they are great.
